What are the benefits?
60% of your contribution is tax-deductible, in accordance with the French law of 1 August 2003 (known as the “Aillagon Law”, Article 238 bis of the French Tax Code).
The maximum ceiling for contributions eligible for tax relief corresponds to 5% of your company’s annual turnover.
The value of benefits received in return for the contribution (corporate events, invitations, visibility on communication materials, etc.) must not exceed 25% of the total amount of the contribution.
